RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Hey there, sunshine! Here's the scoop on returns and exchanges
- Condition Check: Items must be in saleable condition with all tags intact.
- Fresh and Unused: Please return items unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
- Time Frame: Send items back within 10 working days of receiving them (overseas customers, provide tracking within this timeframe) with the original invoice.
- Refunds: We'll consider refunds for faulty items, those wrongly described, or different from what you ordered.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale, but if there's an issue, reach out—we may be able to exchange if stock permits.
Exchange Items can be exchanged for a different size or colour in any style (*please note sizes and style are very limited)
If your returned items are damaged or no longer in sellable shape, we won't be able to issue a refund—fair's fair!
Oh, and when it comes to shipping back those treasures, the return shipping charges are on you, unless the mistake is on us. Once we've got your return in hand and it's processed, we'll zip a refund your way for the products you bought, straight back to your original payment method.
And just a heads-up: Depending on your bank, it might take a smidge (2-10 business days) for that refund to shimmy its way back onto your statement. Thanks for being part of our sunny community!

Let us know why (need a different size or color? Spotted a flaw?), and feel free to snap a pic.
We'll get cracking on your request within 2-3 business days.
